Working principle
This product is mass-produced after modifications and optimizations to an Italian design. The final-stage piston utilizes a specialized process, the piston rings adopt Japanese Riken technology, and all castings are outsourced to specialized large-scale factories, earning widespread acclaim from users. This product utilizes three-cylinder, three-stage compression, splash lubrication, and an interstage safety valve and filtration system. The SLT-400 can provide safe compressed air for any industry requiring a high-pressure, pure air source, ensuring safe breathing air.
Product composition and characteristics
-Equipped with an automatic shutdown device, the shutdown pressure can be freely set, and a timer is included to monitor maintenance schedules.
-Equipped with a high-strength nylon cooling fan for enhanced heat dissipation.
-Low-pressure units utilize copper tubing for improved heat dissipation, while high-pressure units utilize stainless steel tubing to ensure safe output pressure.
-Moving components are protected by protective shields, and safety valves and automatic shutdown systems are installed at all levels to ensure operator safety.
-Electric or gasoline engine drive options are available to meet air supply needs in various conditions.
-Equipped with a precision air filter (customized wire mesh filter element).
-Two-stage oil-water separator (manual drain standard, automatic drain optional).
-Final-stage ultra-large air purification system (manual drain standard, automatic drain optional).
