The product has low rotational speed, high component strength, smooth operation, long service life, and easy maintenance. Among them, ZW series compressors are in unit form. It integrates compressor, gas-liquid separator, filter, two-position four-way valve, safety valve, check valve, explosion-proof motor and chassis. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, low noise, good sealing, easy installation and simple operation.
This product is mainly used for unloading, loading, tank dumping, residual gas recovery and residual liquid recovery of liquefied petroleum gas/C4, propylene and liquid ammonia. It is widely used in gas, chemical, energy and other industries and is a key equipment in gas, chemical, energy and other industries.
Characteristics
- Efficiency: LPG compressors are designed to efficiently raise the pressure of low-pressure liquefied petroleum gas to higher levels for more effective use in storage, transportation, and distribution.
- Safety: Due to the flammable nature of liquefied petroleum gas, LPG compressors adhere to high safety standards in design and manufacturing. They typically come equipped with safety systems, such as pressure relief valves, to ensure the system operates within a safe range.
- Versatility: There are different types of LPG compressors, including reciprocating compressors, screw compressors, and centrifugal compressors, to meet the diverse requirements of various scales and applications.
- Durability: LPG compressors are often constructed from corrosion-resistant and high-strength materials to ensure durability in different working environments.
Applications
- LPG Storage and Distribution: Compressors are used to elevate liquefied petroleum gas from large storage tanks to high pressure for storage and distribution to end-users, including residential, industrial, and commercial purposes.
- Industrial Production: LPG is a crucial energy source in many industrial processes. Compressors are employed to provide sufficient pressure and flow to meet the requirements of various production processes.
- Transportation: LPG is transported in its liquid state to various destinations, such as through pipelines, railways, or roadways. Compressors are used for pressurizing and unloading liquefied petroleum gas during these transportation processes.
- Oil and Gas Industry: In oil and gas exploration, production, and processing, LPG compressors are used for handling and transporting gases associated with these industries.
